Service is pre-paid by the month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused services. If you wish to cancel service, we require 30 days notice or one billing period in advance. Hardware is final sale and subsidized equipment will be billed at the pro-rated remainder of any contract.
Hard goods will be shipped using a reputable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc. All orders will be shipped on our shipping account number only, along with a signature to the card holder billing address.
Support varies depending on the service selected. For mission critical services we have multiple monitoring layers and support staff available 24/7. We use an advance ticketing system to manage all support requests.
