We price our services extremely competitively due to our efficient company structure. You can find pricing information on each service sign-up page.
Service is pre-paid by the month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused services. If you wish to cancel service, we require 30 days notice or one billing period in advance. Hardware is final sale and subsidized equipment will be billed at the pro-rated remainder of any contract.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Bitcoin, BitGold, and Dwolla. Certain services, will require a credit card on file for recurring billing purposes.
Hard goods will be shipped using a reputable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc. All orders will be shipped on our shipping account number only, along with a signature to the card holder billing address.
